- HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY GATSBY KIDS CLOTHING? Gatsby Kids accepts cash, checks and VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
- WHERE ARE MY CLOTHES GOING TO BE MADE? All of our clothing is made in the USA! True, it does cost a little more, but we think it's worth every penny. And all of our designs are unique to Gatsby Kids - designed by us in Birmingham, AL.
- HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CLOTHING? Our fabrics are of exceptional quality and we have tried to have all of the items washable - we have children, too! With that being said, most items are washable. However, we do recommend that you wash them in cool water and do not dry them with excessive heat. As far as ironing goes, of course that makes things look more crisp, but Kelly says, "just snap them when you pull them from the dryer and hang them up."
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY CLOTHES TO BE MADE? Since most of our items are made by hand, we ask that you give us 8-12 weeks. If you have a special event and need your clothing earlier, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We understand how that goes!
- WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING COSTS GOING TO BE? With rising fuel prices, the price of everything (including shipping) has gone up. Your Gatsby Kids clothes will be shipped to your front door, though - saving you from piling kids in the car, driving to the shop, getting everyone out and in the store and then back in the car and back home again. This alone should make it worth the price, which is based on your total bill.

- WHAT IF THE CLOTHES DON'T FIT? Just call us and we will find a size that does. If that isn't possible, we will accept returns. We want you to be happy.
- WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY? You will be because if you aren't, then we aren't. We will take back any item that is defective or unsatisfactory.
- CAN I PURCHASE SOMETHING TO SEND AS A GIFT? Absolutely! We love sending gifts and will be more than happy to gift wrap your items and ship them to someone special. We will also send gift certificates.
- WHAT IF I HAVE A COMMENT, SUGGESTION OR COMPLAINT? Please let us know what you think. We can be reached via email through our website (www.gatsbykids.com) or by phone (205) 970-7333.
- DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL SHOPP WHERE I CAN BUY GATSBY KIDS CLOTHES YEAR ROUND? Our website is open 24/7 and we will design two lines per year for our children. The clothes are available through trunk shows only. Please check the website for upcoming show dates and let us know if you are interested in hosting one.
- CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE SHOW? We would love for your children to come to the show. That is the best way to guarantee a good fit. That way they can choose their own clothing that expresses their personality and you can trust that all of our clothing is age appropriate. Happy Moms and happy children are our goal.
- WHAT IF I CAN'T BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE SHOW? I try not to take my children in public very often, so the idea of bringing them to someone's home is kind of scary (I do love them, though!). I'm sure that is not the case with your children, but if they have other engagements and won't be available during show times...measure them before you go. See our section about "How to Measure a Child." Good luck - you have to catch them first!
